Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support: কাস্টমারদের গেম সেটআপ (PS5/PC) করে দেওয়া।
Device Care: গেমিং কনসোল, কন্ট্রোলার এবং পিসি পরিষ্কার ও সচল রাখা।
Billing: কাস্টমারদের থেকে বিল নেওয়া এবং প্রতিদিনের হিসাব রাখা।
Lounge Management: দোকানের পরিবেশ শান্ত এবং পরিষ্কার রাখা।
Basic Troubleshooting: গেমে কোনো সমস্যা হলে বা কানেকশন ছেড়ে দিলে তা ঠিক করা।
