Responsibilities & Context:
The Game Garage is a modern gaming space located in Khilkhet and Dakshin Khan, Dhaka, offering PlayStation gaming experience (especially FC series) in a comfortable and friendly environment. We are looking for part-time team members who can manage daily operations and ensure smooth customer service at either of our branches.
Responsibilities:
Customers ke receive kora & available gaming slot manage kora
PlayStation (PS4) setup ready rakha and session start/stop manage kora
Playing time track kora & basic billing handle kora
Controllers, console & gaming area clean and organized rakha
Customers der sathe polite & friendly behavior maintain kora
Basic technical issues (controller, connection) solve kora
Shop er safety & discipline maintain kora
