Responsibilities & Context:
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Handle online sales inquiries Facebook, WhatsApp, Website, Email
* Convert leads into clients
* Communicate with customers by Call and chat in English, Bangla, Hindi, Urdu.
* Manage CRM or customer database
* Support digital marketing campaigns
* Create basic social media content if needed
* Work with marketing team to improve conversion rates
* Meet monthly sales targets.
*Requirements:*
* Must have knowledge of Digital Marketing Facebook Ads, boosting, lead generation.
* Knowledge of Graphics Design & AI tools is highly preferred.
* Fluent in Bangla,English and Hindi preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Smart, confident, and presentable.
* Ability to work under sales targets.
* Good computer skills MS Office, Email, Social Media handling.
* Experience in visa consultancy or travel industry bonus
*Education:*
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree Business/Marketing preferred.
* HSC with strong sales experience may also apply.
