Experience:
Ensure timely collection of customer payments and achieve monthly revenue realization targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce overdue payments.
Monitor collection performance and maintain updated MIS reports for management.
Implement and improve customer service policies to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Build strong client relationships and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Lead, guide, and manage the customer service/credit realization team with a focus on performance and professionalism.
Provide training to the team on communication, client handling, and product knowledge.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Registration teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
Assist customers with plot/flat handover and registration procedures, ensuring proper documentation.
Prepare accurate reports on collection status, customer feedback, and service performance.
