Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Manage customer communication through phone, chat and social media.
Focus on resolving customer requirements, problems and other issues.
Collaborate with Client, Management & Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Provide solutions to customer issues with patience and professionalism.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-first attitude.
Take responsibility for achieving individual and team targets.
Suggest improvements in smooth support and service processes for customers.
