Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media inquiries from prospective students and clients.

  • Provide accurate information about universities, courses, application processes, and other services offered by Eduwise Foreign Consultancy.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

  • Assist in scheduling counseling appointments and follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication.

  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and ensure proper documentation in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to support campaigns and events.
