• Must have fluency in speaking and writing communication skills in English & Bangla.

• Must have the tendency for commitment of long- term work contracts

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Proven experience as a Branding, Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer or similar role

• Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

• Manage SEO, Google Analytics, and AdWords strategies to optimize website performance.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and expand outreach.

• Build partnerships and manage community/business outreach to generate leads.

• Support marketing promotions through email campaigns and online strategies.

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and mock-ups for print, web, social media, and multimedia content.

• Manage design projects from concept to completion while ensuring brand consistency.

• Produce videos, photography, animated graphics, and digital assets for various platforms.

• Collaborate with teams, clients, and external vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Stay updated on design trends and provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
