Who We're Looking For

This role is suited to a fashion designer who takes ownership of their work, thinks before acting, and pays close attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can confidently interpret customer requirements, make practical design decisions, follow company processes, and ensure final production files are accurate, complete, and ready for manufacturing without unnecessary delays or excessive supervision.

Position Details

Position: Graphic

Location: Mirpur-10, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: 5 Days in Office

Salary: Tk.45,000 - 65000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom apparel artwork using Adobe Illustrator for polo shirts, jerseys, hoodies, jackets, T-shirts, and other garments.

• Recreate existing designs and develop new concepts based on customer requirements.

• Understand customer briefs accurately and convert them into professional, production-ready designs.

• Communicate with customers through professional written English.

• Manage customer design requests efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Balance customer expectations with Briz Uniform's design standards, branding requirements, and production capabilities.

• Prepare and thoroughly check final production files to ensure accuracy before production approval.

• Follow company artwork standards, design procedures, and quality control processes.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are correctly executed.

• Assist with catalogue design, marketing materials, website image updates, and related creative projects.

• Perform occasional product research, data entry, and administrative design tasks.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (Mandatory)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience in apparel, garments, sportswear, uniforms, textile printing, or related industries will be highly preferred.

• Experience communicating directly with international customers will be an advantage.

• Experience with WordPress website management will be considered a bonus.
