• Deeply passionate about graphic design and video editing.

• Knowledge of standard software packages like Google, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

• Excellent writing and typing skills in English and Bengali.

• Knowledge of current design trends.

• Ability to work on multiple projects & Good interpersonal skills.

• Proactive in taking initiative and being an active team player.

• Responsible for timely delivery of tasks and maintaining quality.

• Candidates with experience in AI-driven design tools and technologies will be given preference.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creative design work.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of branding principles and design aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising trends.

Skills Required

• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Creative Design, Brand Design, Graphics Design, Product Video Editing, Video Editing.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Graphic Design.

The Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs across various platforms, ensuring that all marketing and branding materials reflect the company’s identity and meet the highest standards of creativity and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, proficiency with design software and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visuals that communicate brand messages effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and other relevant software/applications.

• Strong experience in digital design, including brochures, logos, advertisements, digital marketing creatives and other communication materials.

• Design and create banners, product promotional images and related content for websites, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.

• Excellent understanding of visualization and creative concept development.

• Hands-on expertise in Clipping Path, Multi-path, Various Masking Techniques (Alpha & Layer Masking), Product Retouching, Shadow Creation (Drop/Natural/Mirror), Color Correction, Dust & Scratch Removal, Background Removal, Neck Joint / 3D Ghost Mannequin, and Advanced Image Manipulation.

• Strong passion for video editing and motion graphics.

• Ability to bring ideas and concepts to life through engaging motion graphics.

• Take full ownership of projects and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate effectively with brand managers, strategists and marketing team members to brainstorm and develop creative assets.

• Generate daily graphical content for both print and digital (social media) platforms.
