Responsibilities & Context:
Answering customer queries
Providing information about products and services
Processing orders and transactions
Managing customer’s orders
Handling customer’s complaints
Communicating with customers with various channels
Collecting customer’s feedback
Attending meetings with the team Lead
Following company’s policies and procedures
Any other tasks assigned by the management/lead.
This is a full-time position with a 9-hour work schedule, including a 1-hour break.
The shifts will be scheduled on a rotational basis between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Candidates must be flexible and available to work any of the shifts within this time frame, including weekends
