Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answering customer queries
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Processing orders and transactions
  • Managing customer’s orders
  • Handling customer’s complaints
  • Communicating with customers with various channels
  • Collecting customer’s feedback
  • Attending meetings with the team Lead
  • Following company’s policies and procedures
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management/lead. 

Working Period: Day Shift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) & Evening Shift (1:00 PM- 10 PM)



Job Other Benifits:
    Weekend: 1 day/week (Roster Basis)


Employment Status: Full Time
