• Age 18 to 30 years

• Answering customer queries

• Providing information about products and services

• Processing orders and transactions

• Managing customer’s orders

• Handling customer’s complaints

• Communicating with customers with various channels

• Collecting customer’s feedback

• Attending meetings with the team Lead

• Following company’s policies and procedures

• Any other tasks assigned by the management/lead. 

• This is a full-time position with a 9-hour work schedule, including a 1-hour break.

• The shifts will be scheduled on a rotational basis between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

• Candidates must be flexible and available to work any of the shifts within this time frame, including weekends
