Responsibilities & Context:

1) Greet and assist clients/visitors in a professional and friendly manner

2) Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction

3) Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with potential buyers

4) Maintain client database and update records regularly

5) Assist in land/project sales coordination and provide basic information to clients

6) Prepare, fill up, and process necessary forms and documentation

7) Keep files, records, and documents organized and updated

8) Support administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies

9) Coordinate with sales and marketing team for client servicing

10) Maintain daily reports of client visits, calls, and activities

11) Have a basic understanding of land/property selling processes and documentation
