Responsibilities & Context:
An Operations In-Charge at a diagnostic center drives the daily clinical, administrative, and financial workflows. They oversee lab personnel, manage budgets and inventory, ensure strict regulatory and safety compliance, and optimize turnaround times for accurate patient test reporting
Workflow Management: Supervise daily diagnostic procedures, sample collection, testing, and imaging services to ensure an efficient, patient-centered environment.
Quality & Compliance: Implement and monitor strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols, enforcing safety standards and ensuring facility readiness for health inspections
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the duty schedules of technicians, paramedical staff, and administrative personnel
Financial & Inventory Operations: Manage the procurement of reagents and medical supplies, coordinate billing processes, and monitor facility expenses
