  • Age At least 24 years
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in administration, office management, or trade associations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent report writing and documentation skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, Tax regulations, and financial documentation.

  • Ability to coordinate with government organizations and external stakeholders.

  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

  • Experience in accounts, VAT & Tax matters, and regulatory compliance will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate and implement the Association's activities, programs, meetings, and events.

  • Maintain regular communication with members, stakeholders, and government organizations, including the Ministry of Commerce, FBCCI, RJSC, and other relevant authorities.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, official letters, and other correspondence.

  • Assist in organizing seminars, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, training programs, and networking events.

  • Manage membership records, registrations, renewals, subscriptions, and member inquiries.

  • Maintain office administration, documentation, filing systems, and official records.

  • Support the implementation of policies, strategies, and decisions approved by the Executive Committee.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Association policies.

  • Assist in budget monitoring and other administrative functions.

  • Handle VAT & Tax-related activities and maintain accounts, financial records, vouchers, and related documentation.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the President, Executive Committee, or Secretary of the Association.
