Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily canteen operations to ensure smooth service.
Ensure quality meal preparation, hygiene, and food safety.
Arrange food and hospitality services for VIP guests and visitors.
Manage the purchase of food, kitchen supplies, and other consumables.
Monitor meal consumption, inventory, and food wastage to control costs.
Supervise canteen staff and maintain service standards.
Prepare regular reports on canteen operations, expenses, and inventory.
Coordinate with Administration and Finance on budgeting and billing.
Maintain proper records for audits and compliance.
