Information & Document Control: Manage comprehensive document handling, systematic filing, and accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies.
Facilities & Utilities Management: Assist in supervising office maintenance, facility upkeep, and the uninterrupted delivery of utility services.
Logistics & Event Coordination: Provide end-to-end administrative support for meetings, including venue preparation, technical setup, and catering coordination.
Vendor Relations: Act as a primary liaison with external service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of cleaning, security, transport, and other facility services.
Environment & Workplace Discipline: Monitor the workplace environment to maintain high standards of cleanliness, professional discipline, and occupational safety.
Data & Register Maintenance: Systematically update and maintain administrative registers, operational logs, and corporate records.
Financial Verification: Assist in the preliminary audit, verification, and documentation of administrative invoices, bills, and expense vouchers.
Employee Services: Facilitate internal employee support services, including the issuance of identification cards, seating allocations, and access to core workplace facilities.
Asset Management: Monitor the condition of corporate assets, ensure routine upkeep, and promptly report or escalate maintenance requirements.
Strategic Ad-hoc Assignments: Execute additional administrative directives and special projects as assigned by management.
