Age At least 30 years . Minimum 08 years’ experience in HR management roles at established garment factories.

Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and RMG sector compliance requirements (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord/Alliance). All Environmental audit .

Proven experience in handling buyer audits, social compliance programs, and welfare initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

JOB LOACTION : Williams Sweaters Ltd. (Factory ) Shaldopara, Fulbaria, Kaliakoir, Gazipur .



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead overall garment factory HR, Administration, and Compliance operations.

  • Ensure full compliance with local labour law, factory acts, employment regulations, and statutory requirements

  • Prepare for and manage government inspections, third-party audits, and social compliance audits.

  • Handle buyer audits, certifications, corrective action plans (CAP), and follow-up activities.

  • Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and external agencies on behalf of the factory

  • Supervise recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and manpower planning.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance related to HR and compliance.

  • Maintain the proper training and development programee for the employee.
