Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering,
Industrial EngineeringMaster of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering,
Textile EngineeringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, manage, and develop the Industrial Engineering department (IE) team.
Responsible for overall factory efficiency monitoring, productivity improvement, and continuous cost reduction programs.
Direct the preparation and implementation of standard processes, including operation breakdown, GSD/SAH (Standard Allowed Hours), and machinery layout to optimize production flow.
Strategically coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising, and Quality teams to ensure well-balanced sewing lines and timely order execution.
Drive research and development initiatives for process innovation and technology implementation.
Set and achieve annual IE performance targets aligned with management goals.
