Experience:
Experience in accounting or admin roles (experience in agriculture/fisheries project preferred/Hatchery firm).
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally) mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and report writing.
Ability to manage field-level administrative work.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Honesty, integrity, and ability to work independently.
Maintain daily financial records, cash book, ledger, and bank transactions.
Prepare monthly financial statements, vouchers, and budget reports.
Handle accounts receivable/payable and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare financial reports for BARC project requirements.
Assist in audit preparation and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
Maintain office documents, files, and administrative records.
Manage attendance, leave, staff files, and HR-related documentation.
Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory registers.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth operations of the fisheries unit and field-related activities.
