Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the overall Collection Department to achieve recovery targets.
Develop and implement effective credit recovery and collection strategies.
Monitor daily collection activities and ensure monthly recovery goals are achieved.
Supervise Team Leaders, Collection Officers, and Collection Executives.
Analyze collection performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Management.
Handle escalated customer cases through professional negotiation and conflict resolution.
Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, and HR departments for smooth recovery processes.
Coach, train, and evaluate team performance to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, collection procedures, and ethical recovery practices.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Director or Management.
