We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and responsible Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations, ensure effective coordination among departments, and support the smooth functioning of the medical center.
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the medical center to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain office administration, records, files, and confidential documents in an organized and secure manner.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure effective communication and uninterrupted workflow.
Supervise support staff, including office assistants, reception personnel, cleaners, drivers, and security staff, and monitor their daily performance.
Ensure the proper maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security of office premises, medical facilities, and administrative assets.
Monitor office inventory, stationery, equipment, and other administrative supplies, and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Prepare official letters, reports, memos, notices, and other administrative documents as required.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, training sessions, and other organizational events, including preparing meeting minutes when necessary.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, utility authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted administrative support services.
Assist the HR and Management in implementing organizational policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee engagement activities.
Monitor the maintenance and servicing of office equipment, furniture, and facilities, and ensure timely repairs when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, administrative procedures, workplace discipline, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Support management in executing special projects, audits, inspections, and accreditation-related administrative activities.
Prepare periodic administrative reports and provide operational updates to the management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time to support the overall objectives of the organization.
