Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

The Senior Executive – Sales Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient showroom sales operations through accurate reporting, manpower monitoring, incentives management, and operational support. The role oversees attendance, roster, daily movement, and performance tracking of showroom personnel while coordinating closely with sales, accounts, and HR departments. Additionally, the position handles sales reports, financial document verification, training arrangements, digital updates, and logistic support to enhance overall showroom efficiency and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as per management requirements.

  • Prepare monthly sales incentive sheets and coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure timely payments.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare target vs. achievement reports for management review.

  • Develop employee skills by arranging training sessions, meetings, and learning activities when required.

  • Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in sales budget preparation, sales performance evaluation, and manpower planning.

  • Coordinate with the HR Department for recruitment and manpower requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain monthly employee joining and resignation reports.

  • Monitor showroom attendance, employee rosters, and daily movement records.

  • Maintain and update company Facebook pages and website content by sharing new posts and announcements.

  • Prepare sales presentations by collecting, analyzing, and presenting business data.

  • Respond to operational issues and troubleshoot sales-related problems.

  • Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, money receipts, and other sales-related documents.

  • Provide operational support to the Accounts Department regarding sales documentation.

  • Maintain records of showroom insurance, trade licenses, fire extinguisher renewals, and other compliance documents.

  • Coordinate logistics support for the Sales and Distribution teams.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Head.
