Marketing & Administration Executive

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase restaurant sales.

  • Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, etc.).

  • Create and schedule promotional posts, reels, and live sessions.

  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, and influencers.

  • Develop seasonal promotions, special offers, and event campaigns.

  • Build partnerships with corporate clients, schools, universities, and local businesses.

  • Monitor customer reviews and respond professionally to feedback.

  • Analyze marketing performance and submit monthly reports with recommendations.

  • Maintain the restaurant's brand image across all online and offline platforms.

Administration Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative operations of the restaurant.

  • Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and duty rosters.

  • Prepare reports on sales, operations, and staff performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

  • Coordinate meetings and communicate management decisions to staff.

  • Maintain all office files, documents, licenses, and records.

  • Assist management with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training coordination.

  • Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, service, and management teams.

Purchase & Inventory Responsibilities

  • Check daily purchase requirements from the kitchen and restaurant.

  • Compare supplier prices and negotiate for the best quality and value.

  • Prepare purchase orders and obtain management approval.

  • Verify received goods for quantity, quality, and freshness.

  • Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.

  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier information.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks with the store and kitchen teams.

  • Identify wastage and recommend cost-saving measures.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Submit weekly and monthly purchase and inventory reports to management.

General Responsibilities

  • Support restaurant operations during busy hours when required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of business information.

  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

  • Work towards improving customer satisfaction and business growth.
