Responsibilities & Context:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Acting as a liaison between employees and management, addressing grievances, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies.

  • Administration & Payroll: Maintaining personnel records (digital/hard copies), processing payroll inputs, and administering benefits.

  • Performance & Talent Management: Assisting with performance appraisal systems, training, and employee development programs.

  • Reporting: Preparing HR reports and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights to management
