Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Performance Goals & KPIs

    • Lead definition of performance goals and KPIs across functions.

    • Ensure KPIs are measurable and relevant.

  2. Strategic Alignment

    • Drive alignment of individual goals with business strategy at department level.

    • Identify gaps in goal cascade and propose corrections.

  3. Performance Cycles & Expectations

    • Manage performance cycles and expectations including quarterly and annual reviews.

    • Conduct training sessions for managers on goal-setting and calibration.

  4. Analytics & Systems

    • Analyze performance data and generate insights for leadership.

    • Own PMS tool configuration and user support.
