Experience:
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Industrial Relations in a reputed RMG factory.
At least 4–6 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in HR.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Industrial Relations.
Practical experience in handling worker grievances, disciplinary procedures, and labour dispute management.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (Amended) and Labour Rules 2015.
Experience in handling buyer compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC, BetterWorks or other international standards)
Compliance and audit management.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare manpower planning based on factory production requirements.
Manage recruitment process for workers, staff, and management positions.
Conduct interviews, selection, and onboarding procedures.
Ensure timely hiring for production lines and support departments.
Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion, transfer, and increment documents.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee attendance, leave, and service records.
Oversee employee exit process including clearance and final settlement.
Supervise payroll processing and wage payment.
Ensure compliance with minimum wage and overtime rules.
Manage employee benefits such as leave, maternity benefits, and welfare facilities.
Monitor salary increment and compensation structures.
Maintain a harmonious relationship between workers and management.
Handle worker grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
Conduct domestic inquiry and disciplinary procedures according to company policy.
Work closely with Participation Committee (PC) and worker representatives.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer requirements, and factory policies.
Maintain compliance documents for audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC, and buyer audits.
Liaise with government authorities, labor office, and industry bodies.
Organize training programs on compliance, safety, leadership, and skill development.
Monitor employee performance evaluation and performance management systems.
Ensure workplace safety, health, and welfare facilities for workers.
Monitor canteen, transport, medical support, and other welfare services.
Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure effective HR reporting and MIS for management decision making.
