Human Resource Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime, and manpower utilization.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate salary processing.
Support performance management systems, KPI monitoring, and annual appraisal activities.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational regulations.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, Labor Rules, and other statutory requirements.
Administrative Management
Supervise office administration and facility management activities.
Manage company transport, security, housekeeping, canteen, and support service operations.
Coordinate office maintenance, utilities, assets, and inventory management.
Monitor vendor and service provider performance.
Maintain administrative records, contracts, licenses, and official documents.
Support event management, meetings, and corporate programs.
Compliance & Industrial Relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, and company policies.
Coordinate inspections, audits, and compliance-related documentation.
Support management in maintaining healthy industrial and employee relations.
Assist in handling labor disputes, disciplinary hearings, and legal documentation.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Prepare various HR and administration-related letters, notices, and reports.
Other Responsibilities
Support management in special projects and organizational initiatives.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
