Experience:
Professional certification in HR/Payroll will be considered an advantage.
Strong hands-on expertise in Performance Management/Performance Appraisal and Payroll Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with HR and payroll data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills will be an advantage.
Experience working with HRIS/ERP systems will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong organizational, coordination, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in payroll and performance-related activities.
Develop, implement, and update KPI-based performance appraisal systems and rating guidelines across all organizational levels.
Conduct regular performance assessments to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
Ensure individual employee goals and departmental metrics directly connect with overall company objectives and business strategies.
Lead the Performance Management Cycle.
Develop and maintain performance evaluation frameworks.
Prepare annual PMS calendar, monthly PMS reports and ensure adherence.
Identify performance gaps using analytical tools.
Present insights to senior management.
Support departmental heads in establishing measurable objectives.
Ensure alignment between corporate, departmental, and individual goals.
Review goal quality and achievement criteria.
Conduct Performance Reviews and Maintain appraisal documentation. Develop Performance Improvement Plans and effectiveness.
Manage and oversee monthly payroll processing, including salary preparation, attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, adjustments, and other payroll-related inputs.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data and coordinate with Finance/Accounts for timely salary disbursement.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ERP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers regarding performance management, payroll, leave, attendance, and other HR-related matters.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through effective use of ERP, automation, reporting, and data analysis.
Perform other HR-related responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
