Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary

The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources operations of Bashundhara SuperGolf, ensuring efficient workforce planning, Payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and alignment with business goals. This role will partner closely with Golf Operations, Facilities, IT, and leadership teams to build a high-performing, service-oriented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee record management for all SuperGolf staff.

  • Develop and execute manpower planning aligned with bay occupancy, peak hours, and event requirements to ensure optimal staffing.

  • Drive talent acquisition by hiring and onboarding high-quality employees across operations, technical, and support roles.

  • Implement performance management systems including KPIs, appraisals, and continuous coaching to enhance team productivity and service quality.

  • Manage employee engagement and culture, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment aligned with “Golf for All.”

  • Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive pay structures, payroll accuracy, and control over labor cost ratios.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

  • Provide HR analytics and reporting, tracking headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends to support decision-making.

  • Act as a strategic business partner to SuperGolf leadership, supporting organizational development, change management, and operational goals.
