Requirements:

Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor rule,Compliance,Factory HR Administration

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Only Male
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR practices, and social compliance standards.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.

  • Ability to manage a large and diverse workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.



Responsibilities & Context:

HR Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory-based roles, ensuring timely hiring.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

  • Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.

  • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

Factory Administration

  • Manage security and safety, housekeeping, and facility maintenance within the factory premises.

  • Supervise employee welfare activities.

  • Ensure proper vendor management for factory services and supplies.

  • Monitor factory infrastructure, safety, and emergency response procedures.

Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Liaise with government authorities regarding labor laws, factory acts, and statutory compliance.

  • Handle union relations (if applicable) and resolve industrial disputes effectively.

  • Conduct disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies.

Payroll Preparation & Processing

  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments for attendance, overtime, and deductions.

  • Ensure salary disbursement aligns with statutory requirements and company policies.

  • Handle payroll queries, discrepancies, and corrections as needed.

  • Manage employee benefits, ESI, PF, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.

  • Ensure proper documentation of incentives, bonuses, and deductions.

License, Permit & Certificate Renewal

  • Monitor and track renewal dates for factory licenses, labor permits, and statutory certificates.

  • Ensure timely submission of renewal applications to avoid operational disruptions.

  • Coordinate with government authorities and legal teams for document approvals.

  • Maintain records of all valid licenses, permits, and certificates for compliance audits.

  • Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and industrial regulations through proper licensing.

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and arrange training programs for factory employees.

  • Implement safety training programs and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.

  • Promote employee development initiatives to enhance productivity.
