Responsibilities & Context:
  • Level: AGM / DGM (IC Role)

  • Reporting to: Senior Director, HR - Bangladesh

  • Frequent travel to Chattogram and/or any other cities will be needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify learning gaps and develop strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Conduct Training: Design and deliver engaging behavioral, soft skills and leadership training to diverse groups.

  • Feedback Management: Establish effective feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvement in learning interventions.

  • Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to develop capabilities and drive performance.

  • Module Development: Design and develop impactful learning modules and facilitation tools.

  • Conduct Orientations: Lead engaging orientations to help new hires connect, learn and excel.
