Business degree in HR or any other relevant degree from a top ranked UGC approved university
Minimum 10 years experience in conducting behavioral, soft skills, leadership training to diverse group of people
Training and Coaching certifications from recognized institute would be an added advantage
Exceptionally good communication skills in both Bengali and English
Level: AGM / DGM (IC Role)
Reporting to: Senior Director, HR - Bangladesh
Frequent travel to Chattogram and/or any other cities will be needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify learning gaps and develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
Conduct Training: Design and deliver engaging behavioral, soft skills and leadership training to diverse groups.
Feedback Management: Establish effective feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvement in learning interventions.
Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to develop capabilities and drive performance.
Module Development: Design and develop impactful learning modules and facilitation tools.
Conduct Orientations: Lead engaging orientations to help new hires connect, learn and excel.
