Education:
  • BBA/MBA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or related discipline from any reputed University.

  • PGDHRM in BIM will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development.

  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in coordination with department heads.

  2. Prepare annual training calendars and monthly training plans.

  3. Organize internal and external training programs.

  4. Coordinate trainers, participants, venues, and training materials.

  5. Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.

  6. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  7. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

  8. Prepare training budgets and monitor training expenditures.

  9. Develop presentations, training modules, and learning materials.

  10. Generate training reports and KPI analysis for management review.

  11. Assist in succession planning and employee development initiatives.

  12. Ensure compliance with training requirements related to ISO, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and regulatory standards.
