Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Identify staffing needs and work with department managers to develop recruitment plans.

  2. Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

  3. Source candidates through databases, professional networks, referrals, and career fairs.

  4. Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

  5. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.

  6. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

  7. Administer recruitment tests and assessments when required.

  8. Verify candidate credentials, references, and employment history.

  9. Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

  10. Prepare offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.

  11. Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.

  12. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.

  13. Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

  14. Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.

  15. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
