Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
MBA/Master's in HRM or Management will be considered an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of HR operations, office administration, and Bangladesh Labour Law.
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Positive attitude, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Candidates having previous experience in an Internet Service Provider (ISP), IT Company, Telecommunication Company, or Technology-based organization will be given priority.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and responsible HR & Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative operations and support our growing organization.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, personnel files, contracts, and HR database.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, experience certificates, and other HR-related documents.
Assist in payroll preparation, employee benefits administration, and final settlement processes.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, company policies, and HR procedures.
Coordinate office administration, facility management, office maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
Manage office assets, inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate transport, travel, accommodation, and logistics when required.
Organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance appraisal activities.
Prepare monthly HR & Admin reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Perform any other HR & Administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
