Responsibilities & Context:
  • Administrative tasks: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, organizing office supplies and equipment, and handling emails and texts.

  • Communication: Communicating with clients and stakeholders, and responding to their inquiries & Report to Management.

  • Strategic planning: Contributing to the organization's strategic planning and first level decision-making process.

  • Advising: Acting as a trusted advisor and confidant to senior leadership.

  • Managing priorities: Managing priorities and navigating complex interpersonal relationships.

  • Reporting: Preparing time to time reports for management for reviewing.

  • Process improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them

  • Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations

  • Performance metrics: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure goals are met 

  • Other Task :Any other task given by management.

  • Good knowledge of data entry, document formatting, and spreadsheet management.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
