Reduce absenteeism and migration employee through closely monitoring floor wise Manpower and build a good relation.
To build one to one relationship between HR and Workers.
Head counting of daily present, absent and OT manpower.
Play role to resolve workers problem on the spot.
Monitoring floor staff behavior and attitude how to conduct with the workers Daily monitor and control the floor discipline, housekeeping and unwanted activities with immediate effect.
To assist for implement and monitoring the company rules, regulation and policies and provide professional HR services of the company.
Maintain and update all employee information, files, and documents.
Prepare Job descriptions & Job Specification of employees.
To assist and guide to the HR Manager for employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling at any time.
To make a daily basis report on factory or respective floor condition and informing to the HR head and Manager for taken further action.
Managing any urgent and critical situations within workers and line supervisors if any when required.
Ensure assigned daily functions and activities of the HR & Admin department and giving proper support for any tasks when if required and assigned by your superior.
Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy floor and site.
Any other daily tasks assigned by the superior and Management.
