Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and Labour Rules.

Knowledge of social compliance standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company requirements.

  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee personnel files, HR database, and related documentation.

  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning notices, and other HR correspondence.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and manpower reports.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance information.

  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Rules, and company policies.

  • Coordinate compliance audits, inspections, and customer social compliance requirements .

  • Maintain compliance-related records, licenses, permits, and statutory documents.

  • Conduct employee orientation, training, and awareness programs on HR, compliance, health & safety, and workplace policies.

  • Assist in preparing monthly HR and compliance reports for management.

  • Coordinate with government authorities and external stakeholders regarding labor and compliance matters when required.

  • Support implementation of workplace health, safety, environmental, and social compliance standards.

  • Perform any other HR and compliance-related duties assigned by management.
