Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an HR Officer/Executive to manage our company's Tasslock, Military Grade Automobile Security.

HR Executive responsibilities include creating motivational programs, arranging events, and overseeing our employee's daily activities and needs. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of motivation and retention programs.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Assist Head of HR in operations of the HR department

  • Personal counseling with the employees on their career need, career plan, on-job requirements, job satisfaction, job environment, financial and other benefit packages.

  • Assisting and conducting entry/exit interviews of employees.

  • Finding out employee training need and arranging end to end training involving internal and external trainers.

  • Organizing motivational events and games for the employees.

  • Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.

  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
