Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for an HR Officer/Executive to manage our company`s Tasslock, Military Grade Automobile Security.

HR Executive responsibilities include creating motivational programs, arranging events, and overseeing our employee`s daily activities and needs. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of motivation and retention programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of HR in operations of the HR department

  • Personal counseling with the employees on their career need, career plan, on-job requirements, job satisfaction, job environment, financial and other benefit packages.

  • Assisting and conducting entry/exit interviews of employees.

  • Finding out employee training need and arranging end to end training involving internal and external trainers.

  • Organizing motivational events and games for the employees.

  • Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.

  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
