The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, attendance, training coordination, employee documentation, official communication, and administrative compliance across multiple units. The role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate record-keeping, effective internal communication, and policy compliance through ERP and manual systems.
Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
Post job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and assessments.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee personal files and records.
Update employee database and HRIS/ERP records.
Manage joining, transfer, promotion, and separation documents.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
Maintain leave records and balances.
Process leave applications and approvals.
Coordinate attendance reports for payroll processing.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
Verify attendance, overtime, and leave data.
Support salary disbursement activities.
Maintain payroll-related records and reports.
Address employee queries and concerns.
Assist in resolving workplace issues.
Support employee engagement activities.
Coordinate employee welfare programs
Coordinate training programs and workshops.
Maintain training records and attendance.
Collect training feedback and evaluation reports.
Support office administration activities.
Coordinate employee ID cards, access cards, and official documents.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
