Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline

• Candidates with Compliance of HR -related Diploma/Course will get priority

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age At least 26 years

• At least 3 years in relevant field.

• Skills & Expertise: Other Relevant Skills Human Resource Management, Compliance Management

• Must have practical experience in HR & Compliance

• Experience in international Audit is highly preferred

• Strong Knowledge of EPZ labor law

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Maintain and monitor all HR & Compliance activities as per company policies and legal standards

• Ensure compliance with EPZ Labor Law, local labor regulations, and international audit requirements

• Prepare, update, and manage compliance documentation, reports, and audit files

• Coordinate and support International Audits, follow up CAPs (Corrective Action Plans), and ensure timely closure

• Conduct regular internal inspections to maintain compliance standards

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation

• Assist in policy development and implementation

• Maintain liaison with different departments to ensure compliance in operations

• Manage employee relations and support HR initiatives

• Conduct training and awareness sessions on compliance and workplace regulations
