Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B. Sc (Electrical), Diploma in Electrical, ABC license Holder

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• EPZ work experience candidate will get priority.

• Additional Requirements: ABC License

• Sub -Station, PFI knowledge must have.

• Perform erection of steel lattice towers and poles for Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission lines (up to 380kV and above).

• Execute conductor stringing, sagging, and clipping works, ensuring proper tension and clearances as per engineering standards.

• Assist in installation of insulators, spacers, dampers, and other line accessories.

• Conduct inspection of tools, equipment, and rigging gear prior to use to ensure safety compliance.

• Follow all safety protocols, especially for working at heights and in energized environments.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and line profiles accurately.

• Coordinate with ground crews and equipment operators to ensure smooth and safe lifting and stringing operations.

• Report daily progress, challenges, and safety observations to the site supervisor.

• Support in pre-commissioning checks and testing of completed line sections.

• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks regularly.

• PLC/ VFD Programing & Machine maintain knowledge must have.
