• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• BSC in civil engineering from any public Universities with good academic record for the post of Senior Engineer.

• Diploma in civil engineering from govt poly technique institute for the post of project Engineer.

• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• Age At most 40 years
• Only Male

• Highly qualified candidates may get age privilege

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D, 3D and related computer programs is essential.

• Smart, Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written Bangle & English communication

• The applicants should be experienced in Building Construction.

• Good communication with Authorities, reporting and presentation skill.

• Should have knowledge about the layout plan/Drawing/Design/AutoCAD/Preparation of bill/Estimate and total Construction procedure.

• Should capable of computer literature.

• Should be capable of analyzing Progress report.

• Should be capable to handling subcontractors/local/ political problem & taking program based on environment/ situation.

• Should be experience of BOQ and store oriented work.

• Ensure smooth service to the Projects by physical presence.
