• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Polymer, or IPE) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR

• Diploma in Plastic Engineering with strong industrial experience.

• At least 5 years

• Age 45 to 45 years

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.

• Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.

• Previous experience in a senior management or leadership role is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee overall business operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure efficient management of production, quality, and organizational performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive industrial experience, and the ability to make strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall business operations to achieve organizational goals.

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to improve productivity and profitability.

• Supervise production, engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, and administrative functions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.

• Coordinate with department heads to achieve production targets and business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to enhance organizational performance.

• Analyze business performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
