Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of local and international safety codes (BNBC, NFPA, RSC, DIFE).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive fire safety plans, policies, and procedures.

  2. Design, review, and supervise Fire Protection, Fire Detection, and Fire Suppression Systems.

  3. Ensure compliance with BNBC, NFPA, RSC, DIFE, and other applicable fire safety standards and regulations.

  4. Conduct regular fire risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard identification at project sites and facilities.

  5. Review and approve fire protection system designs, shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications.

  6. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Systems Works.

  7. Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other engineering teams to ensure proper fire safety integration.

  8. Conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, and fire safety training for employees and workers.

  9. Prepare fire safety inspection reports, risk assessment reports, compliance reports, and corrective action plans.

  10. Coordinate with government authorities, fire service departments, consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies.

  11. Monitor fire safety during construction, hot work, welding, cutting, and other high-risk activities.

  12. Maintain records of fire safety inspections, equipment testing, training, drills, and maintenance activities.

  13. Ensure timely corrective action for all identified fire safety non-compliances.
