• Physically fit and willing to work in a three-shift system, including night shifts.

• Strong teamwork capability.

• Fluent in English communication skills.

• Proficient in computer operations (MS Office).

• Perform repair and troubleshooting of pumps and motors, including maintenance, installation, and adjustment activities.

• Conduct machine inspections and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment remains in good working condition and ready for production at all times.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and document mechanical service processes.

• Monitor the availability of spare parts and consumables, and coordinate replenishment as required.

• Check and record voltage, current, and insulation resistance values to ensure electrical systems operate within specified limits.

• Verify the proper operation of sensors, limit switches, and other control devices.

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot contactors, relays, circuit breakers, and associated electrical components.

• Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures and electrical standards.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills while working with cross-functional teams.

• Any other special tasks assign by the department manager & technical advisor.
