Requirement:
• Candidates who aim to build a career as a Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer in Japan.
• Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field from a four-year university. Candidates who are expected to graduate are not eligible to apply.
• Up to 26 years old
• Applicants who can commit to one year of continuous Japanese language study, from enrollment through completion of the program.
• Applicants who commit to working in Japan upon receiving a job offer after completing the program and who have a strong intention to pursue long-term career in Japan.
• Highly motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Applicants who are willing and able to engage in construction site management for public and private civil engineering projects in Japan.
• Applicants who are committed to passing the JLPT N2 within three years of starting work in Japan, obtaining the Second-Class Civil Engineering Construction management engineer certification within five years, and ultimately advancing to the First-Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer certification.
• Must be in good health and have no chronic illnesses Applicants must undergo a medical examination including tuberculosis (TB) and hepatitis screening

Class Schedule:
• Participants must enter the classroom by 8:50 a.m.
• Class Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• (Break: 10:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
• Lunch Break: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• (Participants are required to bring their own lunch.)
• Self-Study Time (Mandatory): 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m

Completion Requirements:
• Participants who achieve an attendance rate of 90% or higher will receive a Certificate of Completion
Dismissal Policy:
A participant's enrollment may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the program administration if any of the following conditions apply:
1) Poor Attendance
2) Attendance falls significantly below the required standard without a valid reason.
3) Insufficient Participation
4) Continuous failure to submit assignments, absence from tests, or a lack of commitment to learning.
5) Unexcused Absence or Loss of Contact
i) Failure to respond to communications from the administration for an extended period.
6) Misconduct
i) Harassment, inappropriate behavior, disruption of classes, or actions that negatively affect other participants or instructors.
7) Academic Dishonesty
i) Unauthorized attendance by another person, plagiarism, cheating on examinations, or submission of false information.
8) Violation of Program Rules
i) Repeated violations of program regulations or any behavior deemed incompatible with continued participation.
ii) The administration may conduct a prior consultation and provide guidance for improvement before making a final dismissal decision.

Merit Scholarship:
• Up to three outstanding students will receive tuition support based on attendance, academic performance, and overall commitment.

Refund Policy:
The following refund policy applies after tuition payment has been made:
1) Cancellation Before Course Start
i) Participants who submit a cancellation request in writing or through the designated procedure by 30 days before the course start date may receive a refund after deducting administrative fees. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the participant.
2) Cancellation After Course Start
i) No refunds will be provided for voluntary withdrawal after the course has commenced.
3) Cancellation or Postponement by the Organizer
i) If the course is canceled due to circumstances attributable to the organizer, tuition corresponding to the unprovided portion of the course will be refunded.
4) Force Majeure
i) In the event of natural disasters, communication failures, political instability, pandemics, or other force majeure events that make continuation of the course impossible, refund decisions will be made individually by the organizer.
5) Dismissal or Violation of Regulations
i) Participants who are dismissed or found in violation of program regulations will not be eligible for any refund.
6) Scholarship Recipients
i) Participants receiving scholarships or financial assistance may be subject to separate conditions.
Interviews with Japanese Companies
• After passing JLPT N4, participants will be guaranteed interviews with at least two Japanese companies
Job Opportunity in Japanese Company:
• In addition to the two companies mentioned above, the program operator may provide participants with opportunities to be considered for employment by other Japanese companies.
Expected Job Responsibilities in Japan:
This position is responsible for managing civil engineering and pavement construction projects to ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. You will coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while overseeing overall site operations.
The role mainly involves construction management for public and private civil engineering projects, including foundation and exterior works for commercial facilities and hospitals, parking lots, landscaping and exterior construction, and public road construction.

Important Notes: Commitments of This Program
• High-quality Japanese language instruction provided by native Japanese teachers.
• Specialized interview preparation classes will be offered.
• After the commencement of the program and upon successful completion of the JLPT N4 level, participants will be given opportunities to attend interviews with at least two companies in Japan.
• Candidates who receive a job offer through the interview process must obtain a passing score on either the JLPT N3 or NAT-TEST N3 by October 2027. Failure to meet this requirement will result in ineligibility for entry into Japan and employment commencement.
