BJIT is looking for highly motivated individuals to join as “Trainee Software Engineer” in our ERP Team. This will be a great opportunity for freshers to get professional training and gain practical experience in the Enterprise Solution Domain Salesforce & SAP.
Education:
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering OR Information Technology
Experience
• 0-2 years
Skill Requirements:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Programming skills in Java and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
• Basic understanding of uses of AI Tools in Software Development lifecycle
• Nice to have an understanding on ERP domain.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Strong mindset of long-term work and professional growth within the company.
• Knowledge in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in full-time technical training, completing assignments and project work.
• Collaborate with real development teams to gain insight into industry-level work culture and hands-on experience.
• Understand the development process, including an introduction to development tools and technologies.
• Understanding the Functional Consultancy in ERP Domain
• Receive training on the fundamentals of Cloud Services and the AGILE methodology.
• Develop industry-standard soft skills in global business culture, communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
Industry Level Skill Development Training and Recruitment:
• The training program will last 17 weeks, including 4 weeks of project work to develop skills and capabilities
• 50% of the top performers will be selected as permanent employees based on their training evaluations.
