Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a CST (CST Studio Suite) expert who is genuinely passionate about antenna design and electromagnetic simulation. The right person lives and breathes RF, learns fast, and takes deadlines seriously.
Responsibilities:
Design, model, and simulate antennas in CST Studio Suite (patch, monopole, dipole, array, wideband/multiband, and related structures).
Optimize antenna parameters, return loss (S11), VSWR, bandwidth, gain, radiation pattern, efficiency, and impedance matching.
Perform parametric sweeps and optimization to meet target specifications.
Translate designs into manufacturable PCB layouts and validate feed lines, grounding, and substrate choices.
Document simulation setups, results, and design decisions clearly.
Collaborate with the hardware team on prototyping, measurement, and design iteration.
Stay current with new antenna techniques, materials, and simulation methods.
